As with any of these big box furniture stores you get both good and bad furniture. Some is total trash but some very good and unique. The only real complaint I have is at checkout getting stuff delivered is quite the ordeal it required going from the checkout after paying for the items to a customer service desk, then back to the checkout to then pay for the delivery then back to the service desk to show the receipt to finally get my items taken to be delivered. Each time standing in line which on the day I was there was busy with only one checkout open. What a totally over complicated process. Other stores have this figured out no thought process needed just copy paste ( big thing in Croatia) what other big furniture stores are doing.

Excellent place to shop
Offer is good; however taking over the goods is very time consuming and due the personel attitude I felt upset and disappointed... This isn't the way how customers should be treated... Guy just brought the sofa near to the car and then he left... At the end my wife and I succeeded to put the sofa into the car but it would be much easier if the guy spent one more minute to help me out. Not good experience at all!!! I'll find another place for buying furniture when I'm at the coast...
