My boyfriend and I came to buy a beard trimmer and found a product under which the name was written: beard trimmer and price. After that we asked the seller Maria to give us that item and we emphasized that we were looking for a beard trimmer. He gave us that item and gave you a bill and gave an invoice and a guarantee. Five meters outside the branch we noticed that the product is not a chin trimmer but a nose and ear trimmer. We went back to the branch and told the seller Maria that the name of the item did not match the function of the product, to which he immediately sighed indecently and rolled his eyes. He immediately emphasized that he could not return the money to me, but without a real explanation why ... The product invoice also says a beard appliance and in fact it is a nose and ear trimmer ... And Mr. Mario also needs to get to know the items better, without I mention talking on his cell phone during work about his private life ...
