Having tried all the bigger fitness centres in Split, I can say that Joker is definitely the best one around. There is a ton of different equipment so that even in the busiest hours you can always find something to use. Most people are friendly and willing to help and will share equipment with you if you ask nicely. The staff are also happy to assist with anything. The gym is located at the top floor of Joker Mall so there's plenty of parking space in the garage or the outside parking and you get 3 hours of parking for free. They recently bumped up their monthly prices for students which are now 260kn for 3 sessions a week or 280kn for unlimited use.
220 for 2 weeks +20 for card... So not cheap but it's a very good gym, has every machine you can think of, about 4 squat racks. Smiths. Crossfit area.
4 stars as the price is high and the dumbbell area should be bigger
I like fitness centar Joker is the best!
A large gym inside of a shopping center with air conditioning, all of the equipment/machines you'd ever need, lots of free weights, and changing rooms with lockers (byo padlock). 4/5 because of the price, 75 Kuna for a single visit seems quite expensive.
Great gym with all you need :-)
