We had a perfect stay in Apartment Bepina. The apartment is really comfortable, clean and fully equipped for a family of 4 + big dog. The terrace and the pool are great plus. Vedran was really helpful and a perfect proprety manager. All the staff and owners are very nice people. A super pet friendly place. We all loved it.

We found our apartment new, clean and comfortable. The location was quite a bit out of town and crazy expensive, compared to what you can find closer to town. We had to have our deposit wired to a specific bank in local currency, which was extremely difficult and expensive. No one was present at the bus stop when we arrived and we were told to go left, instead of right. When we arrived at the top of the hill, sweaty and carrying our luggage, there was no one there to greet us. We had to bother some other occupants to find out where we could find someone to speak with regarding our reservation. There was no sign as to the name of the apartments and the check in process was difficult. The owners lived on the floor above and we regularly heard chairs scraping on the floor above us, dogs barking and babies crying. This was quite a surprise for a relaxing location. We stayed for five days and never had new towels delivered or our garbage taken out. When we did walk our garbage down to the cleaning room we were told there is no recepticle, on site.
