Beware of this parking location while it’s a convenient location; there is a pretty bad dip as you drive into this lot which only feels worse when you leave the parking lot. We definitely felt the car get scraped underneath and we slid a bit trying to push our way out. We would not use this parking lot again.

Free parking .. I had no problem leaving. It depends on the height of the chassis. Under the parking lot is a great beach.
