If I could give zero, I would love to. They were unable due to inexpertness and ignorance of the law to conduct a probate hearing behind a person who died in the USA despite all the attached documents. And then they suspended the probate proceedings. Fortunately, justice is slow but achievable, so after the appeal was filed, the Municipal Court in Dubrovnik annulled their decision. It took us three years to stretch the probate proceedings. Mostly one thick zero for work😊
