Ordered package 1.12.2020 and selected expess delivery which was paid 25 kn additionally. Yesterday they sent a message 3.12 that the package will be delivered to the address tomorrow 4.12. there is no package. the horror lives from the company or the company whatever this failed firm is called I never use this delivery service again shame lp

Each time they sort incorrectly and send the package to the other end of Croatia. So the package travels to me for 7 days from Zga to Vža. Idiots from Zagorje!

So I ordered a package two days ago, a message came to me, the package arrives today around 12-13h, I'm waiting, I'm waiting for no one and I get a message that I was not at home that the package is in the gas station .. the man didn't even come to our house but left the package with strangers people .. DISASTER .. we always order from the same company and I never experienced that someone could act in such a rude way .. how can I now pay a package to an unknown person since they sent me a message that a paid package at the gas station I never experienced this horror one ..

I order a package that should arrive within 1-3 business days. The delivery man came 11 days later. By chance I am not there because I work, he says there is no problem, I will come on Wednesday or Friday. In the meantime, I order another package that arrives on time. I ask the delivery man where the first package is, he says I don't know, maybe in the warehouse. I call, he returned the package because he couldn't drive. Let me mention that in case you are not there (because realistically we are not all able to wait for the package every day from morning to night, someone has to work), he has to deliver as you agree, not send the package back.
