If I could, I would give you zero just because of arrogance and rudeness. If I were from a hotel and I was buying larger quantities, we certainly wouldn't talk like that. I sent an inquiry for a pack of 24 pcs glasses and wondered if 12 pcs could be ordered and what the price was. They told me the total price and I asked how much of it was postage to which I got the answer: "The price is listed, I'm not discussing it ... either it suits you or not ?!" I don't understand such a performance in the least, you don't give me glasses for free, I guess I have the right to know the price of glasses and the price of postage. At no point did I say that I did not want to pay, the reason why I asked was that in the meantime a friend was interested but for a smaller number of glasses, so we wondered if postage is more expensive if we order more glasses than the initial inquiry. Communication of course without any signature so I don’t know if I communicated with an employee or someone else so I don’t know if this performance is company policy or just having uncultured employees, all in all, a disgusting performance. I would have preferred them to say right away unfortunately you can’t order less and goodbye completely correct than this kind of behavior.
