Very friendly and competent Foreign Affairs/Alien Registration staff, especially Anna. It does get crowded at times, but this was by far the best government agency we have dealt with in the country 😅. Just remember that your issue may be frustrating, but they have to deal with countless such issues all day, so be patient and respectful. Parking can be a nightmare though, especially in their tiny lot; it's probably best to park outside the lot and walk in.

Friendly and helpful staff. As long as you are patient and bring all the required documents for your business there, they shall get things done as soon as possible. Surprisingly, deadlines are mostly met and documents, permits and authorizations get done on time.

Frustrated grandmothers (honor rare exceptions) with no will to live let alone work! You wait an hour for the pickup that was supposed to come 10 days ago to just tell you it hasn't come yet. Horror!
