Best pedicure I’ve ever had. They spend a full hour (!) prepping your feet and nails before they put on polish. The spa itself is very relaxing and comfortable too. The massage portion could have been longer and stronger but everything else was wonderful. Highly recommend. (Total price was 170K, with tip: 200K) or approx $31 USD- worth every penny.

I had a gel manicure and a massage at Platinum on two separate occasions. Not only was the manicure quite possibly the best I’ve ever had (and after 15 years of getting them, that’s saying something) but the massage was completely wonderful also. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Holy heavens guys!! COME HERE! best waxing place ever! I'm writing this as i walk out from the salon. I did not expect this level of service. I did a full brazilian wax. I am visiting from the united states. And honestly the waxers there need to learn from them. First off i was super nervous coming in because i started having cramps for one. I didnt expect my period to start today but it actually started within 5 minutes of my appointment (talk about a nightmare), so i was worried about the pain and bleeding, staining their sheets. They were so reassuring and loving. Really made me feel comfortable in every way. Completely non judgemental. Absolutely amazing. She wasnt disgusted. She wasnt hesitant. Made me feel so comfortable in every way. Still waxed as per usual. They also have pads available for emergencies. Amazing 😭 Also im visiting from a cold place. So i couldnt bare the heat. I've been sweating. They waxed me like a breeze. Kept reassuring me saying its okay. No problem and made me feel so comfortable. To top that. I took a look after and it was the best brazilian wax i have had. Alot if all of my hairs were gone. Which in the US often i see small stubs they say they can't get. So happy! I bikini ready. Honestly i have no words. If i could take you guys to the US with me i would. I've never experienced this level of comfort. Thank you so much to my waxer ella! Amazing!
