Nice tennis centar with sea view

No wifi for three days now and zero communication about it to the guests. While I understand that infrastructure problems may not be hotel's fault, they need to be more agile in solving it, providing alternative and communicating with guests about the issues. Second, maintenance is very spotty, particularly in public areas. I feel like they're understaffed due to slow season so oftentimes the kids play area is a mess in the morning, thrown tissues, pool drainages are full of leaves, baby high chairs are all sticky. I watched a woman "disinfecting" kids area in the evening - she literally sprayed the tiniest amount of liquid on a vast area and left most toys untreated. Initially there was a disinfectant on the entrance to the bar, now they removed it and we had to proactively ask for it. The whole place could do with a good clean up particularly in these times. Food is mediocre at best, although there is a decent variety. On the plus side, lots of kids activities and staff are very nice. Facilities are great - several pools, spa, wellness, gym and a decent beach nearby. I hope they start taking better care of the property!

Very clean and organized. We were completly relaxed and forgot about covid 19!! The best child care Matea, Martina and Gloria made our doughters holiday very special and she keeps talking about them all the time See you in soon
