Bistro Viktorija

I would start by saying that the only bright moment of this restaurant is home made Paški cheese and Czech service. Girls are nice and it is obvious that they enjoy their work. However, this ends the positives. We came to the recommendation of Markéta (probably co-owner), who gave us a leaflet on the promenade. After an hour we became nervous, because the food was still nowhere, while the other guests who came after us had finished eating. We waited for an hour and a half (!) For food. We got fish soup first. No sign of fish. Pure vegetables. After our complaint it became clear that the chef forgot to put fish (!) In it. At the same time grilled vegetables landed on our table. Half of the eggplant was half-purple. Not to mention that they brought two portions on one plate. But the food to the vegetables brought us after about half an hour! Raw eggplant commented that we should have said. That we've been waiting so long? After all, others were waiting. (And they also complained.) Not a hint of justification, or an attempt to compensate. Just this owner is totally fucked.

Terrible experience. Charcoal smokers not only burn the rest on a plate. Homemade french fries are icy and soft. The seafood in the risotto is fresh but the risotto so salty that I just ate it with difficulty. I heartily advise.
