Apartments-Pension Tijan

We are very unhappy for the customer service. When we wrote a request for cancel and refund money back for the advance payment, beacuse of coronawirus situation, the owner did not want to cancel reservation and refund money. We are not responsible for the world situation and for us the health is the most important. This is our law in this critical time. How they did not accept it? If the money is more important than honestly? We are sad and very disappointed.

I have a reservation for June but because of covid 19 I do not want to risk going on vacation to Croatia. Therefore, I contacted the hotel owner to recover 50% of the prepayment. He was very unkind and gave me to understand that money did not recover. Be selfish especially when everyone should support each other. Bad karma always comes back. I do not recommend this place.

A great place. Conditions as in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels in the bathroom. Not far to the beach.

Very nice and obliging owner (he allowed us to use the washing machine). The apartment we were in was very functional. Only the oven and the aforementioned washing machine were missing from the household appliances. From the balcony, a beautiful view of the bay. To the beach about 5-7 minutes on foot. Nearest shop 3 minutes.
