Villa Rosa

I do not recommend - as we arrived after 14 hours of driving to Croatia, it turned out that our reservation (fully paid in advance) is not valid. I believe it says all about the way the place is managed.

It is difficult to say unequivocally whether this place is good or bad. It's actually pretty average. The neighborhood is a typical dump but it's quiet and there are some pretty nice views. The advantage is the restaurant connected with the hotel, where you can eat quite well (prices even OK). During the pandemic at the end of August, the facility was overcrowded with practically only people from Germany. The staff speaks English fluently, but the owner himself only speaks German. Room very well maintained, with air conditioning and balcony + sea view, nothing to fault. There is wifi but every guest is using it so either not working or working extremely slow. The beach is quite narrow, rocky and there are large stones under the water. Rather, these conditions are not particularly child-friendly. As for the beach, it's definitely better to drive to Nin and spend the day there. Do I regret my choice? No. Will I be back? Probably not. I think you can find a better location for this price.

Super delicious food, with nice staff. Price / performance ratio also fits. I can only recommend it. We'd love to come back !! Not to forget the brilliant view on the terrace.

Quiet, nice family hotel, very nice rooms. Large menu selection. Kind owners. Unfortunately there are two points of criticism, the hotel's own beach is not too big (especially when the hotel is full), umbrellas and sun beds are not in the best condition! It is advisable to take a parasol with a proper stand - no point to turn in - and a bed

Great place, clean sea, nice and clean rooms. There is no Wi-Fi and it says that there is ... a disastrous breakfast as well as the owner of the facility who lied to us about breakfast (all pork salami) and who charged us for the last dinner 56 euro and is worth about 30 and who tried to raise the price of our room ... I do not want to go back to such a place
