Disaster from the bank !!! Horror !!! I have been your user for over 10 years, I have never owed you a penny, I always pay everything properly, I have never taken out loans ... Now, once I need a loan of 15,000 kuna, and the procedure is who to ask for 1,500 000 kn. First, I can't even get a loan at all because I haven't been with the same employer for more than a year, and the fact that I have a contract for permanent and regular income, you don't care. And the employee also tells me that I can try to collect all the necessary paperwork (in which you just don't ask me to draw blood as well) and then that request is sent to the commission and the commission's response is awaited. In other banks, for such small numbers, you come, bring the last three payrolls and get the money literally right away. Definitely bottom, bottom! You lost one client, and through a story with friends and acquaintances, I’m not the only one. Others realized a long time ago what you are like and ran away from you a long time ago. Well, keep pushing your policy, but definitely with one client less!

You are a disaster! During the match, clients line up in front of the branch. You are ruthless! You have not taken any effective action in this challenging age. I am moving to another bank, if I could leave 0 points I would leave because regardless of the weather there is always only one person working in the branch!

Good and quality bank, however, it happened that at the heart of the season the ATM did not work on 04.08.2019, on Sunday afternoon, the day before the holiday. It is a good thing to have the closest address to the ATM, which was still in place. as the saying goes "Every good thing is good". It will be better the second time.
