Not the newest building but as clean as it gets. Air conditioning in each room, shared kitchen. Nice terrace outside for enjoying breakfast, supper or a late afternoon beer. Available parking spaces outside the building. 5 min walk to a beach (small and rocky but our son loved it) and 20 minutes walk to Zadar's Old Town (which is the only thing to see in the city). Wonderful welcoming and stay thanks to Dolores which I send my best regards.

Perfect room for three people, very clean. 5 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the old town. Very nice, likeable and friendly atmosphere thanks to Dolores. I recommend

Nice place with super friendly owners!

They cancelled our reservation last minute, the same night we supposed to check in with any worth it explanation. They return our money back but we had to find another place by ourselves

Quiet villagey location within walking distance of pier side bar and water taxi (rowed) to old town. Towels could have been a bit bigger and kitchen area is shared (no cooking only hot drinks). Decent budget accommodation.
