A black woman with glasses receives clients over the queue, and she works the crowd so the rest of us with the number have to wait an hour for service. When they are told that they are wrong, another woman angry replies that whoever is patient is saved. Unprofessional, even frustrated, one would say that they have a low salary, and this is really frivolous and should be addressed to someone who is superior to them ...

Shameful service. One counter works while 2 employees smoke outside 45 minutes before the end of business hours. They do not receive clients in order of arrival and numbers.
