I don't know if anyone from the Bank is reading this, but the Savska Branch is really terribly poorly organized. Each client is processed indefinitely, there is a very long wait, the staff / s between the two clients discuss private matters while we wait (and all that, of course. We listen). It would be useful for someone to work a little with the employees, they are mostly very young people, there is hope for them. However, some training would come in handy and I believe it will raise the quality of work that is now at low ebb.

M zaba does not show in transactions, ie overview of transactions, income, ie payment via Master Card, but only expenditure. the same should be seen on the monthly notice, but not seen. I'm waiting for a banker to call and offer a new explanation :( Yes, is my money gone? Additionally, to increase the limit per card you must come to the branch, submit a written request and wait 10 days for approval. The frog stopped in space and time. Digitization? Virtual branch?

I came to Savska branch 66 31.7.2019. at 13:09 and took the number on the business card manager. At that moment there were three other people in the waiting room. After half an hour I gave up waiting. The people who came after me did what they needed and left and I still did not come to the line. When I asked a clerk who was free at that moment, as far as possible, she told me that she was only calling certain numbers and letters from the ranks, and that another official was in charge of me. When she showed me the workplace I realized that since they came, at least two parties came and received over the line and without a number, because the job signal did not include a signal on the monitor showing the number assigned to a particular workplace, and the parties they "came in order" and did their own needs, some "VIPs," but I did not notice that they came under accompaniment with the rotors. Personally, I saw that the clerk from the workplace gave a sign by hand to someone to come and another person said she would quickly come to terms. I said this to the officers and asked how that was possible and I did not receive an answer to that. In the end, I went to work. And for the end point and the fact that parking is charged there, instead of paying them to even want to deal with them. But this is just one of the pictures of this Beautiful One (it looks like they are) for which people (and we who are born, we are working here and making bread for our family) think that it is better and easier to earn bread somewhere beyond the boundaries of our Croatia .
