I regularly come to Poliklinika Arena. They are very professional and kind. They allways follow the best interest of the patient and find the best solution for your problem. Everything is possible there. They are really the best. I highly recommend them.

First... I am writing this a year after my first arrival. I had major crown work and implants last year. I have always had less than ideal teeth and was not always happy to have dental work done, it often not going well. Last year I was all set to have a four-on-four procedure recommended by an American dentist (where I live) and was followed up on by another of the Croatian dental clinics that specialize in the procedure. Long story short, horrible weather caused flight delays and we missed our appointments for the four on four. My wife had contacted a few clinics in Croatia, but I thought somehow those that suggested anything BUT the radical 4on4 were “wrong”. The truth is the clinics that wanted to do the procedure never looked at my X-rays. The doctors who did were flabbergasted that I would suggest I needed the radical procedure. My wife suggested Arena and they squeezed us in with a lot of work during our short stay last xmas season. Dr. SRDJAK SREĆKO (the owner or Director) of Arena said he could do the 4-on4 (they specialize in it) but he said it was silly. He said my teeth were fine... with a couple implants and crowns my teeth would look and feel perfect... at a FRACTION of the cost. And they do! I am so happy my wife found this place. They may be a tad more expensive (but that is not my experience in my comparisons) and cater to people wanting major work done, but that’s great if you need it! They are super organized! Very friendly! The cleanliness and efficiency of the operation rivals anything I have seen in any country. Also, they never tried to upsell as some other people said. My wife and I both had work done and Dr Srecko gave us lower cost options always. And it’s true Dr Srecko does not seem to work on the patients so much. But the team is a TEAM and they all were awesome, some more than others but very on point. As others have stated, the staff are amazing. A year has passed and almost all the staff are still here. They even remember your name. So... from a grown man... scared of dentists... horrible teeth... who hates spending money.... I can honestly say, the 20+ appointments here have been as joyous as a dental visit could be. I am sure if you need major work, you would be as happy as my wife and I.

Very modern and fine looking, with great staff, but overly orientated to profit. The young dentist seemed truly knowledgeable but wasn't eager to explain all the possibilities for my dental procedures. Seemed eager to apply me for the most expensive procedures only (I got a drastically different proposal from my new dentist). It was actually saddening to see a young expert dentist turn into a trader. Looking back, it seems like the spaceship-looking clinic and kind supporting staff are a façade for the unnecessarily expensive and medically incorrect proposals. Basically they're into the implant business and the Italian market where they find the Croatian prices to be cheaper. I suppose providing customers with cheaper options is frowned upon in-company and seen as a waste of time. In my opinion this un-ethical practice deserves a 1-star rating but the supporting staff is truly kind and helpful (got more medical information from the receptionist than the doctor) so that's an extra star just for them. I would suggest to the clinic to develop an understanding that more and more people are able to inform themselves outside the clinics. Would recommend this clinic if you are Italian, hold a thicker wallet and without desire to research other possibilities.
