Very bad experience, I am really dissapointed. The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly, won't even look me in the eyes while talking to me. In the end, I gave up on buying the item I wanted to buy because of their behaivour towards the buyer. Maybe their staff should go though some training, the other stores weren't like this.

Totally unprofessional firm, black Friday 2020, a whole website was down for 5 hours non-stop, erasing user comments from Facebook, and so on...
