I agree that parking is paid. Everyone happens to forget to pay. I understand getting a penalty. I DON'T UNDERSTAND that in every other city there is a more favorable option of paying the fine if it is paid immediately or within a day or two as in other cities. If there is a WARNING option once a year then that option should be indicated either on the penalty or on the website of this company. In general, I can write that in our cities, only parking fees work great. We are unrivaled here. If you have not paid for parking in 10 minutes there will be a penalty. Fast and efficient. If only patching holes in the asphalt, removing weeds, etc. would work that way.

Questionable company honesty. I try to, if possible, avoid places where this company has a billing concession and if necessary park a hundred yards away.
