The contactless thermometer showed 36; 6, when I came home I measured the temperature on a classic thermometer, which was 37 it works and after i paid in cash i asked to get it back after a bit of straining they told me to bring a thermometer the next day and that they will refund my money after i stated that i don't want a replacement but a refund. Arriving today, a completely different story, they do not want to return the money, but they have to send it to the service, so if it is not correct, others will give it to me. I said that I do not want a replacement but a refund. I have the right under the consumer law passed by the State of Croatia. they say that they are not subject to that law means they ie pharmacies are a state within a state they showed me a document which clearly states that medicines cannot be returned to pro I agree however after talking to the pharmaceutical inspection the thermometer falls under the product medical aid and not medicine there Vienna deceives the buyer, that is. I also called the police, they published the conversation, but still they are not in that domain. I reported everything to the pharmaceutical inspection, and I will also report it to the state inspectorate and the consumer protection society. In the end very embarrassing extremely rude and play the laws and get away with some letters that the average person will not understand and give up however I will not I did not fight for this rudeness and enrichment of the individual People, be careful what you buy in that pharmacy, I didn't mean medicines that work fine, if you buy something that is not a medicine but a product or a consumer aid, you will have problems because only profit considers another category we are second-class citizens.
