Flex Rent flex-rent.hr is a huge SCAM! Do not rent here! Prevara! Ne iznajmite automobil od Flex Rent. Hours before I was scheduled to pickup my rental I got an e-mail saying my car is not available, a car I had to paid for in advance (~€300). The owner calls himself Alan Pasic and he’s a small time scam artist. He’s very responsive and polite in all correspondence up to the actual pickup date, then he stops responding. He promises to refund you the money owed but never does. Save your money and go with a reputable rent a car company located at the airport terminal. To avoid bad reviews the owner Alan Pašić keeps changing the name of this business within google maps. Do a web search for Flex Rent Zagreb or Alan Pasic and you’ll learn more. UPDATE: this company has been re named from “Flex rent” to “Rent a car” to “Beauty Centar” so as to avoid any association between the companies and Alan Pasic. Still the same SCAM!! The individual who runs this scheme is ALAN PASIC - Google him. He runs several fraudulent companies. DO NOT RENT HERE. This is a scam. You will pay for your car, and get a notice a few hours before arriving that your car is not available, without a refund. The remainder of reviews are fake.

This is a huge scam. Do not rent with this company. They just changed their company name from Flex Rent to “Rent a car”. The person behind all this is Alan Pasic.

Before 2 months rented a car for 9 days and then the day before I get mail that the reservation was canceled and the car could not be profitable. They do not give me any replacement, but the money they pay back. Therefore, do not be like the geese in the fog. Only now follows the lawsuit and the return of the money and the payment of the other rent of the emperor whom I had to take. Goodbye and see you in the court. You have been guilty of the wrong person
