Should your flight be cancelled due to Covid19 do not expect a refund from this establishment.
Our airline have now cancelled all flights to Dubrovnik from our airport until at least April next year.
Therefore I was forced to request a refund from Expedia who have just told me that the hotel has said "Sorry, tough!!!"
That's just under £200 for nothing!!!!!!
It's not my fault that due to the virus I cannot travel!!!
I really wanted to stay here but after this, never!!
After much wrangling finally received refund from Expedia. But this was sometime later.
