Great customer service, excellent location, comfy rooms, awesome breakfast and restaurant. Close to a supermarket and buses to downtown. It's close to the airport too. Uber ride about 35 kn, don't take taxis at airport, it's a rip off. One driver asked me for the same ride 300 kn, in the end he left for 200 kn. The staff in hotel is really professional, looking always what can do for you. I'm going to mention Tania from the reception, who exceeded all my expectations, she is extremely helpful.
Quiet place to stay the rooms very comfortable the beds were fantastic room good size and breakfast was fantastic and staff were very helpful. The place is not far from supermarket walking distance.
Was here for 3 weeks. It was clean on first days, after i've noticed that all rubbish on the floor is there for 1 week at least. So it was not nice. Also, every morning i woke up with flavour of cigarettes - staff from the kitchen smokes under windows. Actually mine room's window was near hotel's restaraunt's balconey, where everyone smokes. So this pronlem was not also at the morning.
I could not recoment thei hotel for a longer stay more than 3 days. For one day, it is ok, cheap and clean
Personnel is kind and helpful, food is ok, hot water is too often not available for a 4 star hotel. Wifi signal is weak, usually not enough for streaming. Rooms are clean.
Compared with the generally 'rustic' food on offer in Velika Gorica, this recently-built hotel's restsurant is something different. The meal was light, fresh and interesting, perfect for a business lunch. The setting was clean and light and the service was attentive. I will happily return here.
