I ordered gray jars through the tegle.hr website (the same owner as the bakovic garden center in Rugvica, where the rags actually came from), and instead of the gray ones, I received delivered jar jars in the color of a human fish. It is horribly ugly that the owner of the center tried to convince me that on her computer the jars on their page were absolved, that is, like the ones that were delivered to me. I opened their page to three different computers and the jars I wanted were the same everywhere - gray. Then she told me that she thought everyone who buys terracotta jars knows that they change color. In the end, she wanted me to pay for the delivery. Under eu consumer rights, you are not required to pay for delivery either to yourself or from yourself for a product that does not look like the ad. Be careful with tegle.hr Owners answer: Yes, image right, you returned my money and I did not pay for delivery after I insisted on my rights during a conversation in which you had a hysterical volume and tried to convince me that for example I did not see the color well and that I still have to give the driver money for transport. By no means do I support such a Balkan way of doing business.
