The worst experience so far in general with the office in Croatia. First a nurse with rolling eyes, then a dentist screaming at the patient for no reason.
Terrible arrogance and unprofessionalism.
If an elderly person mishears a given term, it is nice to say ‘you are late, we can’t receive you’ rather than yelling in the hallway and shouting and rudeness.
We did not demand to be admitted, otherwise it can be nicely explained that there are no appointments and that is it.
I can’t believe a dentist can behave like that.
Great, there is no better dentist in Zagreb and still, for every recommendation.
