Nice hotel close to the beach. Breakfast and dinner buffet was really nice. We could also use some facilities from its sister hotels like, Valamar President beach. Special mention to all staffs, They are very friendly, well trained and we are very satisfied with their good conduct. Could keep more appliances/facilities in the room, like a kettle, drinking water, tea/coffee powders etc. We booked a sea view room, but it was not as expected. Some of the hotel facilities mentioned in the description is not owned by Tirena Sunny hotel, but its sister hotels.

Pros: Very nice place and very helpful staff. The hotel is in a complex with 3 other hotels, each one has its own swimming pool. However, restaurants, stores, wellness/spa and the private beaches are shared and can be used by the guests (some of them with extra costs). Breakfast is really good with lots of options. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Cons: This is the simpler hotel in the complex, so the guests in the other hotels have more benefits and areas available. There is too much whipped cream in most of the deserts offered during the dinner.

Very comfortable. Great location, the hotel is located in a nice place not far from the beach, Copacabana Beach. The staff is very polite and professional. Rich breakfast with verity of choices. The hotel was very clean and the room was good. Parking nearby for hotel guests. Certainly good value for money.

Thanks, in general we are satisfied by the Tirena hotel. I would like to comment food in the hotel. I can't say that food was tasty. It was common but not tasty. I hardly ever can remember anything I would like to eat one more time. Also I was badly surprised with prices of beverages. They are twice higher that in similar resorts of Italy and Spain.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay the first five days were spoilt by your staffs inability to stop rowdy/extremely noisy and annoying young adults from running amok up to four thirty in the morning. I and other guests were upset and annoyed by the staff response that they were just youngsters/children.They were not children and i feel your staff should have sorted it out. After these individuals had left, the rest of our stay was fine.
