I reached out to the "repairer" via the Offer of the Day for a climate check. Before I bought the offer, I called the "repairer" and stressed that the air conditioning in the car was not working and that I would definitely like to determine the cause, so as not to just throw money at the gas that would leak out anyway in case the air conditioner leaks somewhere. The repairer said that this was all included in the offer, which cost 250kn at a discount. Two weeks after the "service" (which still cost me 500kn and not 250kn, as stated in the offer I bought through the Offer of the Day), the air conditioner does not work again. Complaint with the repairer came across a very cheeky reaction, from which it was clear that the service was not done properly, or that it was not performed at all. After the unsuccessful complaint, I left the car with another repairer who confirmed that the first service was not performed at all, that is, it was not determined at all whether the air conditioner was leaking. Moreover, the climate was only filled with the cheapest gas, which had leaked out in two weeks. Such "sevisers" should be reported to the Consumer Protection Association.
