Disaster. When I moved out of Zagreb, I asked to change the branch and send the cards to it. That was 2 years ago. Last year they hadn’t sent the card yet and at the new branch I asked them to update the information again and send the card. Again a year later, the card is still in the branch office in Zagreb. Until I get it, it will be valid for 3 days and I will have to extend it again and wait like the golden grail every time I come from abroad for the annual down. I will update the comment in a year. Hold my thumbs.

Disaster. PBZ branch Trešnjevka, definitely the worst branch in Hr. Too slow, counter workers uneducated and arrogant. Pure 0.

No one answers the phone all day, and it's not a holiday.
