The loan was approved BUT I was told that I didn't have to be their client, and when she came to sign for the loan, a very unprofessional bank employee in Zg answered rather arrogantly and rudely: "No one else would approve your loan, you have to be our client". I can't wait to move because the loan was not "given" to me, I will repay it very much !! Very ugly experience with an employee in Maksimirska. And I will definitely contact the people above her and even the signatories of the loan approval about the same. It does not serve you the honor of saying one thing and throwing paper in front of me for another.

The wrong business hours are listed for you. I come and don't let me go, and here it says nicely that you work until 5 p.m. Not serious. You can't afford that.
