If you are (un) fortunate to use the services of OVE Bank (and even better (un) fortunate to be robbed, do not worry, you can spend over 2 hours together with the police on your cellphone trying to block your cards, PLUS will also block mobile banking for free, and as a slogan, your bank will charge you $ 35 for each card it issues (although you have a police receipt that you have been stolen, not your card), plus you will be charged a fee for raising money on the counter as a reward a decade or a decade and a half of using their services, because it is understood that the thieves have left enough money in your cash bag to have it, because - there is no card without at least 35 kuna, and no kuna without payment :) Ideal for Christmas holidays, so a big thank you to my bank and a heartfelt hello to you from the lowest instance to the very top of the BEST loyal user of your services!

Of all the branches in Zagreb, the worst. The people who work in this branch, and I write about the same people, because I know they rotate, are all just not working with people.

The worst offices and employees ever seen in Zagreb and other banks. Employees of the bank obviously did not pass the basic training for work on the salter and with the people. Changing personal information takes more than half an hour, unnecessary questions and procedures (of whether I am a US citizen with whom I live with an apartment ????) You must ask them a million sub-questions in order to get all the relevant information. They do not initiate themselves or help with the situation. Of them 5 for salters, only one person receives a party, for which they need an indefinite minimum of half an hour. More never OTP ...
