Review for PBZ generally not for this branch. Disaster! Customer service is probably the worst in HR! You wait 30 minutes listening to that disgusting waltz to get an agent who can't be lived. For any problem related to digital banking they send you to the bank! Which is absurd, because if I could go to the bank I wouldn't pay for banking. You find yourself abroad, you pay a call to the bank and you don’t solve anything. Given the money it has to invest in Customer Service and UX should become a priority

This branch is quite normal. The debt at the time of retirement is otherwise relaxed.
