Don't buy anything from them very bad services!

Very bad service and support.

Of course, no normal person would read shopping at Tehnopolis after reading the reviews, but unfortunately, like many, I did not read them on time. Refrigerator bought, paid for - after 2 weeks (!) They report that they were confused and incorrectly counted the goods in the warehouse and that they are not in stock. They offer a refrigerator of another color or the same one, but which arrives in a month and at a higher price (?). Luckily I didn’t agree to it and I looked for the fridge I ordered and paid at that price. After a month, I got it. But it's not worth it: delay, stress, their disorganization and unprofessionalism (there is no 'respected', 'good afternoon', 'nice greeting' or any basis of business communication and kindness in the email) Educate employees first and then do business. Good luck.

We submit a request for a refrigerator, send an offer with delivery details (3 weeks). We time the master for the kitchen and everything else, we pay. A week after the payment, they report that the smoothie is no longer produced and that they can offer us a similar one, only 2,000 kuna more expensive. Of course we gave up on everything and regret not looking at the reviews earlier.
