Flowers and box beautiful, delivery on time but greeting card was shamefully bad! It was written by a person who does not know how to write beautifully and who is not able to conclude the error of their own system by themselves, thus damaging the impression of complete surprise!

You know how great they are when the owner writes a review for himself, and on the official FB page he has abolished the possibility of review. They create a name and a brand, and they don’t follow them with quality, I don’t know how they don’t understand that the customer experience is stronger than marketing. I understand that everyone misses a mistake, but when you make a mistake you usually try to fix it. No ... in this case the owner is extremely arrogant and rude. I don't know what experiences others have, but after the withered flowers in the wedding hall and the half-withered flowerbox roses (which the delivery man hands you as if you had received a telegram about death), I don't go back there and I don't have nice words.
