The two older ladies who work here tangled my hair so much that in another salon, 5 different hairdressers untangled it for a full 7 hours. The "service" was also charged to me. I left the salon with a hard loop on top of a fist-sized head. The experience was very painful, the hairdressers were awkward, rude and careless, ripped a bunch of strands out of my head and simply traumatized me. They aggressively tore the loop with brushes instead of gently untangling it strand by strand as soon as they noticed it had formed. My scalp hurt for the next 2 days and honestly I am still shocked with everything that happened. My hair is ruined and weakened, many strands are now short and protruding because they are half torn in a mighty pluck, and I also have holes from torn strands all over my scalp. I was too shocked to argue with anyone and refuse to pay, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I came up with hair from which the braid extensions had been freshly removed, and all I needed was to gently untangle those remaining little loops along the root of the head and wash. I mentioned this in the salon as soon as I arrived and showed the hairdresser those loops. At home, I combed some strands on my own without any plucking or pain, so I thought that * the hairdressers in the hair salon * would know how to complete this really easy job for me. I was wrong. If they didn’t know what they were doing they could stop in time or refuse to do anything on my hair. The lady later told me that she noticed that her hair was tangled while washing, but she did NOT tell or show it to me immediately, but only later when the situation was even worse. The more they "untangled" me, the more precisely they aggressively pulled and destroyed my hair, the bigger and bigger the loop grew. I showed the hairdressers in the other salon footage of pulling my hair out and they said it was by no means done so roughly, but gently and slowly, strand by strand. I was patient and polite all the time, but I was forced to go in the middle of that horror because I couldn’t take the pain anymore and I could see it was literally going to pull all my hair out of my head. In a few days (today) I went back and still asked for my money (after the hairdressers who saved my hair told me that I didn’t have to pay anything and that mistakes aren’t charged, let alone something this awful). I thought I would have to get a short haircut and lose years and years of letting my hair down. Although the young girls who work in this salon are dear, because of these ladies and this traumatic experience I will never return to this salon again. In any case, whether you are looking for a simple wash and haircut or something more complicated, bypass this salon in a wide arc.
