Defective washer-dryer under warranty .. After the fault was reported, the service technician arrived in 3 days .. After all the electronics were gone, the appliance was taken to the service .. After replacing all the electronics, the appliance was returned after 10 days. very fast and efficient repair .. Nothing is charged, no cleaning and that .. I am satisfied ..

Friendly staff. It is difficult to reach them by car because the location is very crowded. I didn’t get them on the phone so I visited them.

Reached them through the official Whirlpool service. The lady on the phone is helpful, and the master is quick and polite. The dishwasher works again without much complication.

They wanted to rectify the malfunction of the tumble dryer, which is under warranty, only after they would charge 500 kuna for cleaning it. Because that is the company's policy ??? Disaster service.
