Shameful and catastrophic! This is the only way to describe the product and the lady / lady who answers the phone at the exchange, rude, uneducated and obviously with a purchased diploma who does not understand even the most basic things in life! It is impossible to get a quasi "authorized" service on the only number of the specified phone, connect the fixed line to the mobile and then turn off the mobile phone in order to be unavailable! I throw this junk from the brand out of the house and once again criticize the company and the brand and I will help thousands of people not to buy this scrap that has an unrealistic price for quality and also service! To put it mildly - a scandalous attitude towards clients!

The biggest garbage from the appliance, a shameful attitude towards customers. I will never but NEVER look at that garbage again. They sell new defective appliances and do not acknowledge complaints

Candy hoover Croatia is a scam that will end up in court in my case. On September 7, 2019, we bought a candy microwave in the emmezeta center in Kaštela. New apartment, new furniture, so let's change the 15-year-old Electrolux microwave, I mention it only for the reason that we are later accused of not knowing how to use the microwave. On 03.03 2020, the wife puts the baby bottle for sterilization, after 2 minutes of operation the oven ignites itself. The next day we take the microwave to SERVIS BORIĆ IN MAKARSKA, WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY A STARTED PART OF THE MAFIA ORGANIZATION, so that after only 1 day they would call us that our microwave was ready, that it could not be fixed, that it was a mistake to operate the oven. We carry the microwave to emmezetin service ANDABAKA split where it is determined that the candy microwave has a serial error with the housings and that there is a great danger of self-ignition and that we are not to blame for turning on the oven. Candy hoover blocked us, they don't answer calls, so all we have to do is fight legally. So I don’t recommend them to anyone

The dishwasher came with a faulty bottom nozzle. They persistently assured me that everything was fine and closed the complaints. I then sent an email to the address I found on their global page. I got the answer that they are only in charge of the UK area. I asked them to send me another contact address to which I can complain but they ignored my request.

Disaster. Don’t buy Candy products. In case of failure, the parts wait too long. Disaster service technicians refer you to the headquarters in ZG, and they tell you to call the parts distributor yourself .. disaster management, you have to call and ask to tell you what is wrong with your device, which by the way is still under warranty.
