The gentleman who answered the phone number is extremely rude and rude. He neither introduced himself nor the polyclinic so for a moment I wasn’t sure if I got the right number. After listening to me briefly, he asked me if the calculation was too expensive for a review that “drummed out of my head”. After his own answer that maybe a little is, but that I had no experience with private clinics and that kind of examination he didn’t even let me finish and said thank you and hung up. After I called again naively thinking that something had interrupted the call the gentleman in question told me that nothing had interrupted but that if it was expensive for me to call the family doctor. Very ugly communication with the client. Personally, I will continue to contact the responsible institutions regarding this approach to work, especially in this period where, due to covid, more information is needed on how to conduct the examination.
