Ana’s studio was clean and beautiful, a lit candle and relaxing music created nice ambience. I got a Brazilian wax which was very efficient and thorough. Ana is friendly and speaks good English. I would definitely visit again next time I’m in Zagreb.
Ana provided a service that was quite literally more pleasant than anything I could have imagined. I hadn’t had a Brazilian in 5+ years and was terrified- Ana was not only 100% professional, she was also kind and calming and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Also, the sugar she used for the process made it far less painful than anticipated. If you’re here because you’re considering a service at Positivo, do yourself a favor and make the appointment.

I went to do my wax at Positivo Studio, I received the BEST wax ever ! it was super clean, professional , Anna spoke great english, very friendly and polite I love it going back , super recommended ;)
