Branch known for the fact that for the service at the counter you need one day of vacation to get the job done. Fifteen people were waiting in line today, and one counter was working. Two personal bankers without papers in their seats shuffled the papers, and we waited. I exactly one hour and fifty minutes, and in front of me were four parties. Out of embarrassment over the situation, the security guard called the branch manager, but he refused to send any help, almost hanging up. Disgrace was also expressed by a decent woman at the counter and apologized for waiting, although it is not her fault that she has an incompetent and insolent branch manager who is not able to organize the business. people who are waiting in line and who will not be able to explain to their employer why they were absent from work for two hours because one insolent incompetent drool is unable to organize the job, which your management has put in place. This branch is already known for its chronic shortage of people and for waiting for distaste. So I ask you to change this practice, and finally punish the insolent drooling make-up artist in the form of a branch manager because it is a thing that is a constant in this branch that must stop once and for all.
