Always crowded and you have to wait too long. With this being said, go here only if you have to. Some staff are extremely nice but others are unprofessional. This bank should teach it's staff how to be professional.

Impossible mission by phone to get a personal banker. It's like calling Ali Baba to Kabul

Unkindness, unprofessionalism, and you only have a personal banker on a business card, in reality it is impossible to reach them ... I can't wait to change the bank and the banker, shame!

Extremely slow bank & even slower resolution of what is required

Extremely incompetent people, a disastrous organization. Both outside and inside, people line up in rows, and only two counters work inside. They are embarrassingly slow and inefficient.
