A pleasant, comfortable experience, like in a salon, for a moment, the crown seems to have thinned bank clients everywhere.

Terribly slow work at the box office. Avoid arriving from 11am. Out of 4 cash registers, 2 worked, but they opened a new account for one. It took 25 minutes to deposit money to the account.

Friendly staff, good banking house, great director. Basically, our club (equestrian club Appaloosa) has stopped doing business with other banks and we renew all transactions through Erste Bank, most often the Sveti Duh branch. We are very satisfied!

Very slow, service poor. Access to the client is catastrophic !!
