EASA medical Class 1 initial In January 2021 I visited Prima Nova medical center to undergo initial aeromedical examination. All procedure started at 8 am and was finished about 2 pm the same day. Medical centre has all doctors and laboratories on site and it was not need to go somewhere else for tests, analyses, etc. There was no big queues and process was streamlined. Medical staff here has good English - if you do not know Croatian (like me) it will not be an issue for you. Also I have to notify good communication - fast email replies, when I needed to book the examination, and clear instructions inside the medical center. All the process was extensive, but transparent at the same time. I really recommend this medical center to anyone who need to undergo aeromedical examination in EU.

Dissatisfied. Ordered at 8.40 only from an ophthalmologist. Strictly asked how long it takes for work, they said max.15 minutes. At half past nine I wasn’t done yet, and the vision examination itself took 30 seconds literally. Parking or medicine, no triage at the entrance ...... all in all next time I will give money to someone else.

Excellent and fast service, waiting is minimal compared to the number of patients, each of the staff was fast, helpful and polite, all praise to the staff who care about our health at this time of the pandemic!
