The disastrous service and behavior of employees at City Center East (a black-haired “gentleman” who worked the morning shift, April 16). He answered my short and kind question about the car key terribly arrogantly and interrupted me in the middle of the sentence and did not even offer to find a solution for a potential client. For a service that didn’t have any clients in line at the time, I would expect a lot more effort around customers and at least a cultural conversation. The hill people stay hill people even when they come to town. Avoid in a wide arc!
