Amazing themed museum, and house of Croatian writer August Šenoa, that acts like a time machine when you step in.

Wonderful hostess, also the last and only heiress to the Senoa estate. She took great effort to show us all the rooms and provide interesting and quite private insight into the life of the Senoa family. Great experience and to be recommended for all interested in one of the best known Croatian authors.

August’s mom told me he wasn’t home (he was at school) so I talked to Ms. a bit. Chenoa and went home.

Great place

Admirable valuable example of safeguarding Croatian literary and cultural heritage and connecting with European (Czech ancestry of the Šenia family). Recommendation to all schools to visit as part of fieldwork in Croatian language, as well as to all visitors who want to get to know the spirit of old Zagreb. All compliments to Mrs. Jasmina Reis and the other heads of the House.
