Unkind and bad persons. Upon coming to a new office they called the police to fine the 20 motorbike owners that where parked in front for the past 5 years and were not blocking the entrance.... a simple sign would be enough and and more human way of solving things. So...human component completely missing only money talks. Sorry guys but you deserved it.
