Collegium Putovanja - POSLOVNICA RIJEKA

1. When we arrived in France we were standing in the parking lot of the Supermarket for four hours because we had to wait for all the other buses to come (there were 25-30 of them). 2. When we arrived at the destination they put me in the wrong apartment which resulted in moving things at 8pm. 3. At the reception I waited 2 hours to be transferred to another apartment where there is no room but I need to sleep in the living room. The apartment already accommodated 4 people and it was already very crowded. The bed I slept on was not correct so I ended up sleeping on the floor. I will never forgive you for that! One of the rooms in the apartment missed the cold and the girl who slept in it woke up with a cold. The agency offered another apartment and something positive finally happened there because it was much better than the previous one. However, for me, it was another move of all things, which was not small. So this is the third apartment I’ve moved into. 4. When moving from apartment to apartment, my pumpkins got lost. The solution was to rent pumpkins for which I waited 1-2 hours in line. They offered me to rent pumpkins at their expense which was the only correct thing on their part, but I was left without my pumpkins for a few days anyway. That wouldn’t have happened if they hadn’t put me in the wrong apartment I had to move out of. Eventually I forcibly fought for the apartment and if I hadn’t done so staying there would have been a real hell for me. We jokingly said that this was almost an “annual fatigue” and not a vacation. Also, when we reported problems to the Collegium, they kept telling us to go to the reception alone and to solve everything directly with the French in the morning when the reception opened. That doesn't make any sense because we're not here to deal with it. It’s your job, and we’re here to ski and enjoy your vacation! Why are we paying you ?! Agency employee Sandra tried to comfort me that their accommodation was also very bad (she showed me pictures), which has nothing to do with the relationship because they are workers who came to earn money, and I am a guest who honestly paid for his vacation. It is unacceptable that we are put in the same basket. Conclusion: I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Very bad organization. I hope that the owners themselves will read this, because I think that little will come to them directly.
