Apartment in a quite Area close to the Beach Family house Loncar is close to the beach, situated in a tranquil setting along a not often used road and in the vicinity of old-town center. There are two apartments for rent. The sou-terrain floor with a size of about 60 m² comprises of a living room/kitchen/dining room all in one space with Cable-TV and wireless internet. There is also sleeping couch for extra person to sleep. There are two bedrooms with double bed, one of them is serving as passage to another room. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dining area as well as adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet. The terrace has garden furniture and sun shade. The property is enclosed and suitable for children. There is wireless internet free of charge, possibility to reserve buoy for boat. The first floor with a size of about 35 m² comprises of a living room/kitchen/dining room all in one space with wireless internet. There is one bedroom with double bed and single bed with Cable-Tv and access to the balcony (park view). There is fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine as well as adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet. The balcony as well as the terrace have garden furniture and sun shade. There is wireless internet free of charge, a possibility to reserve buoy for boat. The town center with restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 400m away. Apartment is recommended for quiet, relaxed holiday as well as active people. In the vicinity of the house there are many bicycle/hiking roads. The beach is about 300m away. Great apartment! We (2 adults + a 6 year old child) We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Landlord very nice especially the "grandpa" of the host! The apartment is located in the sutterain on a large property in a very quiet side street. The apartment consists of a living / dining / kitchen room that is big enough for 3-4 people. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, ceramic hob. Furniture is all quite new and bright. In the kitchen there were dishwasher taps as well as salt, sugar, oil, priel sensible knives and also decent pots and pans. The bathroom is quite small. The two bedrooms are large and lovingly furnished. We particularly liked the attention to detail! The terrace and garden are also great. There you are alone and undisturbed. There is also an outside shower with cold and warm water ... we found it very practical ... Air conditioning is available and works properly! Wifi available and works perfectly, TV available that is connected to the Internet, so Netflix ... youtube etc. possible. You can walk to the beach in around 5 minutes or in max. 10 minutes you are in the town of Krk, where there is a bakery that is open from 7 am to 11 pm. In the other direction there is a small supermarket where you can get the most essential things ... water, beer, or pasta or shampoo ... also within a few minutes on foot. There is a good restaurant just around the corner from the apartment. The only negative point there could have been a bit more cutlery ... 6 knives are a bit little if you use a dishwasher. We were really excited and will definitely come back again!
