Eko Taxi Zagreb

Great service! I booked the ride from the airport to the Slovenian border on Saturday for Sunday. I also provided the flight number and the location from which the aircraft would arrive. On Sunday was the earthquake in Zagreb. The taxi service itself monitored actual arrival times. Despite the delay of several hours, the driver waited at the airport exit. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The fare was good. Many thanks and great praise!

Booked a taxi the morning of my flight and they were very friendly and on time (early.) Safe driving and comfortable new car. Driver even stoped for me so I could get extra masks at the pharmacy.

Best taxi service in Zagreb (haven't tried in other places), professional and reliable drivers, ok prices and good app.

Usually it is cheaper than the rest of the taxi companies. But when i called the call service they told me the fare would be 20-something kunas, but in the end it ended up being double the price at 50. I don't blame the driver who was really nice, but the call service was terrible.

the company offers a service of a taxi with a car seat for kids, you just have to order a ride one hour prior to the time of transport wanted. and they did not show at the arranged time - twice. I called back and (after being on hold for 5 min) they said the car can be there in one hour. i said i need to go to the hospital with my baby and need a car in max 3o minutes. they just said sorry, not possible. TWICE the same story in a couple of months. no apologies for their mistake, or attempt to make things right by sending a new car faster, making it a priority. if they do this to a mother with a baby going to a hospital, imagine how polite they will be to others. I did ride with them twice - once was ok, and once taxi was a car of a smoker, so my kid vomited in the car, yeey. they could at least pay attention in which car they put a carseat for kids
